Upper case for labels Tweet

Here's a small request. Something easy for a rainy day

It would be great if all the labels for menus, items etc. could follow the Blender guidelines. So that the first character of each word is capitalized. So instead of "Random color texture" it should be "Random Color Texture". As it is now, it all feels a bit out of place. Obviously no biggie, but a nice to have. Cheers.
