As I understand it, the de-noising algorithm works on the fully rendered image, not on a per-object basis. I think your best bet is to use an Object ID pass in conjunction with a Beauty pass and a De-Noised Beauty pass. That will give you a lot of control over the de-noising, not just a binary on/off, on an object by object basis. You could also do it by Material ID if that works better for you.
