If it's the latter I'd like to make sure it gets some attention and polish. The two major issues with the menu are:
1. It's not well grouped logically which prevents an easy way to get access to most important nodes fast.
2. It's not following Blender text formatting conventions which makes it look sloppy and foreign to Blender. Like if no one cares if it's polished well enough or not.
I went ahead and took care of both issues to my best ability to fix those issues. Hoping you'll polish and update the menus before stable release.
