Support for Instancing Material Attributes

Hello,
I'm trying to Instance an Object using Houdini "Instance Object" Node or Octane's "Scatter onto Surface" Node.
But the problem is I can't use or transfer any of the Instancer point attributes (like v - velocity attribute) inside Octane's Material Nodes.

The thing is: When Instancing multiple Objects to the points inside Houdini's Instance node. The Instancer acquires the objects with their materials assigned to them (each object is being instanced with it's assigned material with no option to randomize the material path attribute on the points or to transfer any attribute to the Material Network).

My question is: When will Houdini Octane Plugin support the Instance Object point attributes inside Octane's Material Network?

-Thanks

Unfortunately, Octane doesn't support user attributes for the instances yet. The vertex attributes are supported in the mesh, hair and particle objects, but not in the instances.

There is a workaround on the plugin side to let you use a Cd-type attribute with instances, as you can see for example in this topic:
viewtopic.php?f=101&t=73105&hilit=Cd+attribute

Thanks,
