Oh! I thought Solaris had already been merged with the rop workflow. Thanks!

I think that currently the Octane 2022.1 SDK is for the x86_64 architecture only, but yes, once we have the arm64 core a plugin for Houdini arm64 should also be possible.

Thanks,

I see the problem. I'll fix it for the next build, but the problem is that you don't have the new parameters related to the custom grids in your volume OBJ node, Octane spare parameters. Does this scene come from Octane 2021.1? The workaround is to delete the OBJ spare parameters and add them again using the shelf tools.

Thanks,

Ah ok. Fixed it. I had a preset for the parameters. That's why the new ones weren't showing up. Thanks

Thanks again for all the work.

Not sure if it's broke or me, but I cannot transfer particle color data. When loading the rgb4k.ppm or alpha.ppm into a texture rgb node houdini console throws an error on render.

Texture_Image_Alpha1 void __cdecl OP_Parameters::evalStringT(class UT_String &,const class UT_StringRef &,int,double,int) const: Invalid parameter name A_IMAGE_CHOSEN_LAYER_NAME
Texture_Image_Alpha1 __int64 __cdecl OP_Parameters::evalIntT(const class UT_StringRef &,int,double,int) const: Invalid parameter name A_IES_PHOTOMETRY_MODE

Texture_Image_RGB1 void __cdecl OP_Parameters::evalStringT(class UT_String &,const class UT_StringRef &,int,double,int) const: Invalid parameter name A_IMAGE_CHOSEN_LAYER_NAME
Texture_Image_RGB1 __int64 __cdecl OP_Parameters::evalIntT(const class UT_StringRef &,int,double,int) const: Invalid parameter name A_IES_PHOTOMETRY_MODE

Hmm, yes, something weird happens with this feature. I'll investigate it. Thanks for the heads up.

Hi!

Where is the alpha premultiply option? Before it was in the image tab.

Thanks!
