In the IPR I can only get it to work if the colorspace is set to srgb (PNG only) and when I render it out as an exr (any setting) the z-depth layer is completely white (even if z-depth setting is set correctly). Saving out as png seems to work.

Is this something new in this build? Be aware that the IPR and png can be tonemapped, while the EXR file is linear, storing the real depth of each pixel, and making any value greater than 1.0 units white.
