Some strange things with water render and HDRI

First when I try to rotate my hdri it doesn't update in the IPR, I need to reload each time -> screenshot

And about velocity, if I enable motion blur render time increase a lot (5000 samples, adaptive sampling, error threshold : 0.001), without motion blur : 2'04 with motion blur : I've stopped at 12' !

And Gradient node doesn't work at all :/

If you have any suggestions or idea, thanks

Sorry, the problem with the gradient node has been already fixed for the next build that will be released shortly, but I'm not sure what could be the problem with the motion blur. I've tried to load your scene here, but without luck so far, not sure if I need a cache file or something like that. The problem sounds to me like Houdini cooking the simulation at different time samples to get the motion blur, but it is hard to say without a working scene.

Thanks,

ok gonna wait so, I hope it will be out soon, because I use gradient a lot, but what about the hdri not updating, any idea ?

The new build including the fix for the gradient node is ready:

I'll investigate your IPR updating problem ASAP.

The problem related to the lack of IPR updating comes from something that seems an Octane 2020.2.1 core issue. The transform nodes are not live updated in the IPR, you need to reload. The same happens in Standalone, so I've reported this issue to the core devs.
