Packages install not working in H20.590 Tweet

Hi I can't seem to install Octane in 20.590 with packages, it crashes on startup. Had it working in an earlier version of H20. Also when I install in the .env file, I get errors on launch (can't find APEX, etc.)

Which Octane version are you using? Although if you are getting errors about APEX etc. then it is probably a more general Houdini issue as the plugin has nothing to do with those.

Well it's odd because I only get the issue when I add Octane to the Houdini.env so I imagine it does have something to do with it. Also weird is that it's working fine on my computer at the office... could there be some kind of driver I'm missing or something? It just crashes on startup with no error message when done through packages, using the json file that Juanjo posted in another thread. Again, works fine at the office

Are you using the same Octane for Houdini version at work and at home?
Which Octane version by the way?

If you use a JSON package for Octane, do not use the houdini.env for octane too.
Here is an example contents of a basic Octane.json

Alright I've got it working now, changed my Houdini version and updated GPU drivers.. not sure what exactly was going on but packages now working as expected. Thanks for your time
