I've instance a few pawns each with one color (one white one black), I've made a material with "rgb4k_map.ppm", but all pawns are black ?
Any idea please ?

I've been trying a few things with the instance geo but no success, I'd be interested to know as well.

Hmm, here your scene seems to work fine. Are you sure that you have the right .ppm texture in your texture instance node? In your scene, it seems to point to my plugin textures directory!
