please, in Adaptive settings, try to increase to the max the noise threshold, and copy paste the Exposure value from the Camera Imager node into the Expected Exposure value.
Have you tried with a lower Coherent ratio value?

Problem in the interior, black dots
Good afternoon, I know that the issue has been raised many times, nevertheless. I have in the standalone scene on the renderers in the shadows there are black dots as they are removed: the images themselves are grainy. Scale is worth mm. In the application settings and the spots themselves.

Im glad i could help.
Ive created a very simple scene which is comparable to yours. All the settings are the Octane default except from: Filtersize is set to 1.0 and Diffuse Depth is set to 20. The exposure is also changed to 8.
The scene looks like this @16000 samples but i recon its pretty good ...

привет , короче первый совет на дороги , тротуары можно сделать мих материал, где смешиваем дирт , и два одинаковым шейдера но один чуть темнее гамой от первого, для грязи. В итоге у тебя дорога станут более эффектной по краям и стыкам. Тоже самое сделай с травой
