HI everyone,
I´m using the 29.18 build and have two questions regarding the object Layer node inside the analytic lights.
a.)
I dont notice any changes when uncecking the checkboxes e.g. camera visibilty, shadow visibility and so on. Is there something else to do to make the node work?

do you still need some guide for recreating this shader or did you find a solution in the meantime?
I cannot excatly tell how to setup the speficic shader correctly but what I most do is just playing with the values until it looks good. And there some different ways to make a proper sss ...

In the meantime I found a workaround by using the opacity node in the material node and it works fine.
But maybe the devs can give a short explanation about this context. Just for understanding. Anyway it works now

The fog works wonderfull but I do not get any effects when the Lightbeams checkbox is active.

im encountering some strange behaviour regarding the Analytic Lights. So I checked Camera Visibility and General Visiblitiy and the Light is still shown in the viewport. Is it a bug or did I missed something.

After reading all these posts I gave the feature a re-try and now it works perfectly. The Viewport experience is doubling up for me. whoop thx.
