Hi Paul.
I am not completley happy with IRAy2Octane conversion either. Especially bump maps seem to be a problem, for they come in way to strong. i have also been a Reality user, a tool, that converts DS or Poser materials to the Lux renderer. I like what this converter does and would like to ask ...

Hm, set the displacement value to zero in OCmat setting. It still looks detached.

Re: OctaneRender 3 for DAZ Studio [TEST and STABLE]
Hi Paul. Maybe it is a jnown issue, but I am still having problems with geocrafted props on G3F. The genital prop is not smoothley connected to the body in renders. It looks detached. Cannot post a picture here though

Re: Which feature do you need the most?
I really need an import from VUE module. VUE's native renderer is allmost useless, and we need a quick reliable renderer like Octane for that.

Re: OctaneRender® for Poser (Windows) 2.21 [TEST]
Oh cool
. But, so how do I know what value to set. I have 16gig Ram on win7 professional System.
So, found it. With 16gig of RAM, I can go up to 16 000 000 Polygons, right?

Love the latest update. I can use bigger scenes now by using system RAM, but there is still a polygon count limit. "Forrest Surperior" used for this scene.

Re: OctaneRender® for Poser (Windows) 2.21 [TEST]
hi, do I need an Octane 2.21 standalone in order to run this plugin? All I see is a 2.16 stand alone version.
