Looks Like I only need the blackbody light source with HDR Texture Environments.
You can skip steps 5 & 6 if you use the Default Daylight Environment.
Looks like I am answering my own questions LOL!

Isotemod
I appreciate all the feedback but this is why I said I am looking for the process/procedure.
i.e. step by step. It is easier for people to try and it is easier to improve steps (like you just did). So if you know the idea way. Detail out a procedure for myself and others to understand.

Re: Shadow Catching Process
I got that shadows if I want to render the entire image at once. However, I need it via the alpha channel for compositing with other images.
Look at page 117 of the Octane render manual to see what I am trying to accomplish.

Yep. These were literally install, grab a couple of my previous work and render. Lots of expertise to learn.

Ahhh...The holy grai....automated mats...well I think we are a way off from that.
In the meantime I can get work done 20x times faster with better quality results because of this plug in.
Please remember that.

Go to the Daz Store and buy the skin with a character morphs for m4 (in this case this product is called "Shaw" in the Daz Store).
Apply the skin to the model with morphs (M4 in this case).
Press Render in Octane Plugin. Correct rayepsilon when the developer tells you to.

Re: FIRST RENDERS - FIRST PRIDE :) post here...
Yep that did it.
Its all with the quality of the texture. To grab this level of detail you need 4K textures.
You can buy them in the Daz3d store. So this is what Octane and your plugin can do right out of the box with a standard high-res texture.
