Fixed the issue with creating a mesher object to replicate the pflow system, this will follow the plflow system 1 to 1 in the live viewer and render correctly.
Thanks Paride

Re: Octane render and Pflow not following correctly
Hey, here is a sample.
If you open the live viewer while moving the timeline, there will be inconsistency in the PFlow animation.
I also have Phoenix FD simulation added to the scene as well.

Re: Octane render and Pflow not following correctly
Sure,
I have a pflow system where the debris are fixed on a shape instance. I then have a deflector going from one end to the other of the instance. When the deflector hits the debris, the debris will then move to a target further up, so it will look like they are being sucked up by a vaccum.

Octane render and Pflow not following correctly
Hey guys,
I am having issues with Pflow and the Octane render not following correctly. Its like the pflow sequence that I made is not the same when seen in the live viewer.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

Re: Octane and crashes
Hey,
this only happens on heavy scenes, not texture heavy but geometry heavy.
Like the attached
I will try an update my 3ds max see if it helps.
Thanks

Re: Octane and crashes
No, I use 2022 for stability. Is 2025 better?
Maybe I also need to find an older Nvidia driver?

Octane and crashes
Hey guys,
I find that Octane crashes quite a bit, just wondering if any of you have the same problem or that it might be my GPU that is faulty.
On heavy scenes it can just shut down 3ds max or just stall on a black render. Also when I have rendered a sequence for an animation, when I then want to ...
