Is there a demo of the Carrara plugin?

Can you use Octane for Blender & Octane for Carrara at the same time on the same machine?

Do you need a separate Standalone license for each combo?

I've been using OctaneRender for Blender, and want to use OctaneRender for Carrara.

I downloaded the 2.25.0092 plugin on this page to use with Carrara 8.5, but see

OR4B & Octane Server are on the same computer.
I didn't use the default install, but run them from an external HD,
but always worked fine, including LiveDB.

The server address is the same as the address in the MaterialsDB window.

I installed the latest OctaneRender for Blender/Octane Server combo, and everything is working,
except when I create a new window, and select Materials LiveDB at the top of the popup list,
the LiveDB doesn't show up. (?)

I have internet access, and am rendering an animation no problem, but ...

Maybe include that in the installation instructions?

Before the very first rendering you should fill in the server address (only 127.0.0.1 at the time), login and password (your license key info) to activate the server. After the first rendering the server will remember this ...

Thanks, but when I put in the numbers in one field, then click in the next field to enter
the next set, the first set of numbers disappears.

I set Octane as the renderer in Prefs, selected "Rendered" as the display type,
but when I try to render, it says "the Render Server at 127.0.0.1 is not ...
