Right, I answered my own question. It's in the 2.48 TEST.
Good concept, I look forward to using this.

Re: TUTORIAL/DIAGRAM: How Portals work and how to use them
When I right click and choose add -> materials I can only choose from: diffuse, glossy, material macro, material mix and specular. I'm using version 1.0 beta 2.46b. Is portal not in this version?

Re: TUTORIAL/DIAGRAM: How Portals work and how to use them
How exactly do I change a material to a portal material?
Say I click the material with the material picker and I have the settings in front of me. I can choose from diffuse, glossy, material mix and specular. I can also change emission, opacity etc. Where do I choose portal?

JavaVM.framework/Versions/CurrentJDK/Home: No such file...
I have a problem when trying to export from SketchUp 8.
I get this message from terminal:
-bash: JavaVM.framework/Versions/CurrentJDK/Home: No such file or directory
Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Re: export camera
I have a problem.
I choose to export the camera in Octane exporter but in Octane I get a totally different view.
Can I fix this? Am I doing something wrong?
i'm using MacOs 10.6.8 and Sketchup 8
