Hi Paul,
It is nice to see someone answering here quickly.
That's not it - I have 22GB free ram, 1.5 terabytes free disk space, I'm not pressing any keys, the export just stops.
Here is a screenshot of the export working:

Re: Exporting animated camera data from OcDS to standalone?
Thank you, Paul!
Finally after waiting one year I can do something useful with the Octane Daz plugin 2.24.2.4.
I have managed to export one animation (1080 frames) into 11Gbyte Alembic file and it looks perfect in Octane Standalone.
Sadly, that is where my luck ended.

Re: DOH! I am still having alembic texture issues
Have you been able to resolve the issue described in the first post?
It seems to be exactly the same problem that we have when exporting Alembic from DAZ.
Alembic export (original texture, mesh smooth on, no bump maps, etc):

Re: Exporting animated camera data from OcDS to standalone?
We have similar OcDs "Alembic Export" problems.
I have tried all combinations of "Default Camera", "Camera 1", "All Frames", "Frame Range" but still no alembic files are created.
Have you been able to resolve it or is this something that simply doesn't work in the OcDs 2.2 beta plugin?

Re: Scripted graph animated mesh materials
Well, this script loads a new OBJ file (mesh) for each frame in the animation.
I have specified an input for a single material like this:
{type=octane.PT_MATERIAL, label="Material", defaultNodeType=octane.NT_IN_MATERIAL }
and I can connect a material to this input using Octane GUI.
Now I would like ...

Scripted graph animated mesh materials
Hi,
We are working with quite big >40GB Alembic files and unfortunately Octane 2.xx fails to animate/refresh some of them properly.
So, I have tried to make a scripted node graph that loads geometry mesh from separate OBJ files and it works fine.
What I haven't been able to figure out so far is ...

ORBX.js Video Decoding Errors
Hi,
I think that orbx.js can become a very good product and we would use hundreds of instances
if it is possible to get it running smoothly. So i tested it a little.
On desktop PC (i7 Dual GTX680)
Only Google Chrome 33 Canary works reasonably well:
