I find bug - it's lower speed then version 1.2

difference in samples
i have 3 gtx 590 and my score in sampes in 1.2 - 78 samples
1.21 - 68 samples

But i see some lags in this version

1.When i resize any windows i have a really long time pause and blender hanging
2.When change material and window render active i have the same bug.

PT ,maxdepth 8 , time 10-20 min for image
