For me as for the nVidia 3D Vision user, it would be much more productive to do it by one сlick (as now it becomes with anaglyph).
Besides, after that, process of join of left and right images in one file will be automated.

It would be great to have stereo pair rendering (in addition to the anaglyphic) in your awesome Octane Render software.
And if it was possible to set quantity of intermediate shots between the left and right image it would be very useful for manufacturing of lenticular ...
