as in any gpu engine you use Q-TILE-PRO tile shaders resulting pixels, as bitmap.
the baked result is 1:1 the same as the shader would render at that res. we usually use 4 or 8k results. sometimes 16k.


there are 2 ways to make that:
1) octanes internal baker (this is pretty good ...

edit:ok think cuda drivers have an issue yet. i try reinstall

i have all done beside the octane.dat from prefs, will check that later,

the 0.4.9-R14 crashes immediately when i try to start c4d. i deleted all old octane related files, any idea what to do?

i own a standalone license and would then get the one c4d beta lic if available for all
