Hi!
A feature I found useful in pre-2.8 versions of the plugin was to preview textures in the viewport by clicking a texture-node in the editor while in "texture shading" mode. Is this at all possible anymore?

Local material database and node names on export
Hi all!
Two questions:
1. Is a local material database supported within the Blender plugin?
2. When exporting to orbx all my nodes get charming sounding names like "0000000011334EA8", any way of making them retain their original tag?

Is there a workaround for this issue?
I've been trying my luck in Octane standalone. Standard Alembic export manages to export multiple uv-sets but doesn't take any Octane specific settings into account (vital random color seeds in my case). Orbx export looses all but the active uv-set ...

Understood, thanks for the answer. It does limit the use of baking in Blender quite significantly though, at least in my case.
Anywhere I could view this road-map? In order to know what functionality to expect, conversely not expect from the plugin.

Baking camera UV set?
Hi!
Does baking a UV texture mapped object to a second UV-map work for anyone else?
I have an object with two UV-maps setup. Setting the UV set on the baking camera to anything but 1 produces a black image.

Is there a way of changing the visibility options under Octane properties, ie Camera visibility, Shadow visibility, Layer number and General visibility for multiple objects at once, like the way you're able to change mesh type.

Keeps crashing here too. Usually renders for a few minutes until Octane spits out the following in the console: "Octane: ERROR stopping render." Helpful :-).
I'm on Windows 10, currently testing older older graphics drivers to see if that can help, otherwise fully updated.
