Re: Soft2Octane 2.49b
do you have a connection to the creator of an old octane_exporter addon? it's working correctly with normals

Re: Soft2Octane 2.49b
Hello, again. Normals still not perfect (but better).
Here is an illustration. I need to make a loop, in softimage frames are equal.
Rendered using 2.49 release.
Alternative octane exporter works fine with it, but crashes too much due to memory.

Re: Soft2Octane 2.49b
Thanks, problem with normals seems to be solved. Can you tell how "skip rendered" option works? Now it doesn't see already rendered using another exporter.
Frame padding option would be useful here.
Again, well done with normals!

Re: Soft2Octane 2.48c
Hello, is there any difference between exporting for "render frame" and "render animation" ? I have cached lagoa cloth simulation, when i'm setting it up through "render frame", everything looks nice, but when i'm starting to redner animation its sending something wrong to octane. Unfortunately, i ...

Re: Beta 2.2 RC1: SoftImage XSI plugin testing thread
Hello, i'm rendering lagoa cloth simulation using file cache mixed in animation mixer. After each export XSI's memory usage grows continuosly.
After approx. 50 frames it reaches the limit and crashes. Soft2Octane works better with memory, but it has other strange mesh-exporting glitch.
