A little test with light emitting globes placed inside larger glass ovals. Took a while to render with Nvidia Geforce GTX 260 as the original resolution was 5120 x 3200 px (2k samples/px).

3 new 2gb 460 cards out there Palit, Gainward and Sparkle !!
Yep, they are the best available cards for Octane Render: quite cheap, lots of memory, almost as fast as GTX 470 after 2.3 intermediate fixes the problem that some cores were not used.

You can be sure that blender will be supported much more by Octane with Brecht!

Besides that, another great advantage of 2.1 is that when rendering with more than 1 GPU, you can render at higher resolutions.
