* I found a solution * it looks like a bug in OctandeRender installation it don't create the correct folders.

If you look in (C:\Users<user name>\AppData\Local\) and there is no \OctaneRender folder, create it and also inside a second folder called \thirdparty now when you startup OctandeRender it ...
