Re: RedSpec TGX Wet Beta
Yeah. But it's not a good long term solution since if an updated version is released, it will only replace files in the non-(x86) folder but the POC will load files from the (x86) folders which will be the old versions. I think the POC just needs to be updated to point to the correct location.

Re: RedSpec TGX Wet Beta
Yep. I see a RedSpecTGX folder in Program Files but nothing in Program Files (x86). The .poc of course is looking for it all in (x86) so that's the issue. So the installer will either need to install in (x86) or the POC files updated to reflect being in the non-(x86) folder.

Re: OctaneRender® for Poser (Windows) 2.06 [STABLE]
On the animation tab of the plugin if you mouse over the check box for Refresh Scene Each Frame it says "Check this box to refresh the while scene rather than....". Should be "whole" instead of "while". Pretty sure if you change that, the plugin will be a million times better. :D

Re: RedSpec TGX Wet Beta
So I bought the wet maps a few days ago and tried them. When I try to load them I get the following message:
Octane error: File Load Error: Could not load 'C:\Program Files (x86)\RedSpecTGX\redspec_tgx_b_replace.jpg:rgba'.
Then I get that same message again 17 more times sometimes with mono ...

Re: OctaneRender® for Poser (Windows) - build 1.29 [TEST]
Anyway, thanks again, and with or without the requested features it looks like I'll be going for your Poser plugin. I've just got to decide whether I prefer the benefit of using Poser's easy interface without a dockable Octane, or whether I prefer Blender's deep interface with the benefit of a ...

Re: When Octane will handle Python ?
Layered skins, i've few products which apply a texture on the skin, it's not visible when Octane is launched, to be more clearer: Shana's tattoos works via python script & add to the skin on or more tattoos. If there's a specific thing to do i would love to hear it ^^ but currently if i try any of ...

Now I feel like you have this weird directory on your computer where you keep just 3d modeled toes...face_off wrote:In every case I've seen with this, it's a modelling mistake. If you export just the mesh (or even just the toe!) to OBJ and send it to me I'll check it out.

Re: OctaneRender® for Poser (Windows) - build 1.29 [TEST]
So I guess the Octane plugin will permanently keep disabling my account because this verification systems kicks in EVERYTIME I RUN THE PROGRAM. This is the perfect case study that demonstrates how copy protection can undermine legit customers by assuming I need to show my credentials every single ...

Re: REDSPEC SSS
This is funny for me because when you import retaining image maps it always worked.... and the latest skins is set specifically not to require special transmaps and so on.... On my side i have no issues... So im not sure if the way the plugin loads things has changed,.
