Re: Batch Rendering in 3dsMax
Basically I think I want to do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RA6-Pro8Qpk , but the script no longer exists..
When reading the Octane user manually, it appears as though batch rendering is perfectly possible however, so I cant understand why it wont save to the output folder. Any ideas?

Re: Showreel 2013
Yeah I had very tight deadlines for some of the animations and on top of that I was running just one gtx570. Eventually I upgraded to a 3gb 580 but it still wasn't really enough. For animating I'd say a few titans are necessaryElvissuperstar007 wrote:why so noisy?

Re: Showreel 2013
these all look pretty cool
out of interest, where did the 3d people come from? they don't look rubbish...
Thanks, the people are a mixture of www.axyz-design.com and www.lowpolygon3d.com models. I find they look best using scale model type settings just slightly out of focus. They're not too bad ...

Showreel 2013
Hey, I've just completed my masters degree in architecture from the Bartlett, London. I specialised in architectural animation during my final year. Here are some renders and animations made with the octane for max plugin. Comments or questions welcome :)
