I've done some searching in this forum and just ran a few tests but was hoping for further insight from others. When using a Phong material type, 'color' and 'specular color' transfered to Octane. Maps however don't seem to transfer such as bump. Is there a certain work flow that is known ...

Can Octane stay open during animation rendering?
When rendering animations from Blender using the plugin for v2.54, Octane opens a new instance and reloads all textures for each frame. Is it possible to keep Octane active during this process and prevent it from closing after each frame? I would like to have Octane stay open to save time and also ...
