Re: Version 3.08-RC4
I am also getting a random switch from pathtracing to infochannel kernel. Not sure what key i'm pressing but it's happening a lot on this project. Is there a keyboards shortcut table posted anywhere I can look at?

Re: Also confused about PCI lanes
I guess I don't understand nearly as well as I thought, just got this link back from Netstor tech:
https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVI ... ng/21.html
so really, x4 speed won't slow load time down all that much I guess. I thought it was linear scaling.

If you have a x16 speed netstor using one x16 lane on the mobo branching off to 4 1080 TI cards, does that mean they get 4 PCI lanes each ...

Re: Quad GPU system
Nice, thanks for looking! :)
So I've actually switched gears and am now considering the Netstor NA255A, putting 2 1080 TI in my workstation, then moving my 2 Titan X cards into the Netstor with 2 more 1080 TI. My current build with the 5960X I7 is just over a year old and I don't really need ...

Re: Quad GPU system
How about this build sheet? Been using these threads for a guide. I went with the ASUS mobo because I need a bunch of USB to plug into, this will be a workstation and I couldn't plug everything I need to into the supermicro boards without usb hubs (I'm not supposed to use hubs with some of the stuff ...

Re: C4D-> octane export plugin
Hello, I just discovered octane and started playing today. Is the Cinema export plugin still unavailable for demo purposes? Also in the demo are you unable to change the render resolution (grayed out where the presets are in th video).
thanks!
thanks!
