open the mlt file (the one that generates at the same time that the obj file) with the notepad, check the paths and file names of the texture files and see if they are place there in your pc, if possible stay away from non-standard characters or spaces on the names of the image files to ensure that ...

I've got the model to work in Octane..there were a couple of Sub Patched polys that weren't frozen.
The issue I'm having now is that the textures are not importing with the .obj file. The .mtl file and .obj file are located in the same folder and the file paths of the .mtl file are correct.

I've got the model to work in Octane..there were a couple of Sub Patched polys that weren't frozen.

I've had the chance to use my friends Registered version of Octane Render with the Lightwave to Octaen exporter and I'm getting a worse result than my Lightwave built in exporter. Image provided of my issues. any ideas?

seams UV texture do not follow the 'after freezing subdivided' mesh.
Try to add subdivision then correct/reapply UV texture then export

Thanks for your help guys! Freezing worked and I got an amazing model in Octane Render for the 1st time! However now I have problems with my textures. As you can see by the image they're all distorted and even missing in some spots. They're all .tga files, which is best for rendering inside ...
