Is there a way to change what the script comes up with in the 'Octane Render Binary' field?
At the moment it is pointed to somewhere on G: and Octane is installed on C:
Each time I open the script Ihave to chagne it manually.

I'm using the Maya2Octane script and it doesn't read everything in from Maya's stereo cameras.
My friend tells me this is something to do the script not liking cameras with constraints.

All of a sudden my Octane Live account doesn't work. This means I can't open Octane.
I was using the Maya plug in at the time and was up to frame 155, so I guess that Octane has opened on my computer 155 times in the last hour or so. Could this be anything to do with it?

I'm looking for an option to enable alpha channels. The PNGs I'm saving in don't seem to include any alpha information.

I've noticed that on the Spiderbot video on this site that in Octane he has a completely black background. Would this give me the alpha data that I need? If so, how do I get ...

I know what you mean, but from my possibly naive point of view it wouldn't take much to put in some code that said something like,

if new maxsamples is greater than current maxsamples, don't restart

I think Pixelrush has it right, it's more a case of priorities.
