What about ICEFX? Below is quote from facebook post made in 2016.
Hayssam Keilany "Hello everyone, OTOY guy here.
I've decided to update everyone about the ICEFX (name subject to changes...) part of the OctaneImager.
"What's this ICEFX thing you're talking about?"
Well, I'll create a proper forum ...

Re: OSL Random color 3dsMax
Hi paride4331,
Thank you for this OSL, it would be good if you could make subforum for OSL where we could have OSL library.

Re: Hello World: OctaneRender 4 is here
Denoiser crashes for me every single time. I've tired it at least 20 times in many different configs to see if there was some disagreement between settings in other areas but so far no good. Tested administrative privileges to ensure that wasn't the issue. I run Octane with 2 Titan Blacks. Updated ...

Re: Octane for unreal engine discarded ?
Absolutely not discarded, it's in fact one of the 6 plug-ins we are still working on releasing on top of the ones currently available on the store now. We wouldn't be doing all this work and selling it to users if it weren't going to be the best plug-in we could make around Octane.

Re: What about Octane for UE4?!
I`m also interested in UE4, do you plan to release Octane for UE4 in near future? Also as I can see in beta program for UE4 called Datasmith they have support for most 3ds Max materials and lights (V-Ray, Mental Ray and Corona) but no Octane.

Re: Scene Evaluation takes forever
seems like scene evaluation takes forever when we have fire and liquids in the scene. Even though scene can be 2-3gb it takes 5 minutes or more to open octane viewport.
and it is on master. Slaves take even longer
and still after rendering is over and then continuing working and clicking open ...
