Can anyone explain how to make the rest attribute work in houdini? Activating the new "use rest attribute" does nothing with a valid rest attribute and valid uv attribute. Appreciate the answer @ghost3d . We use Houdini FX, so having a full license just for rendering Octane is out of the question. Is houdini engine enough for octane to open the hip file and render?

If it's a quick fix that would be awesome, let me know if it comes up on an upcoming build. Right now as is, we cannot use it since it doesn't fit our pipe.

Orbx export changes frame range
Our pipeline uses the start frame as 1001, as do most studios that work with lots of simulations etc. When exporting the ORBX file as a frame range, for example 1001-1051 (50f), the ORBX offsets to 0-49, so when rendering the frame number does not match the original scene.
