The GPU-Z temperatures and load look very consistent, no throttling or issues there. Only thing that stands out to me is the PCIe bus speed which is at x4. I believe this should be x16 which enables higher bandwidth between CPU/RAM and the GPU, but, I'm not sure if it is a factor in the ...
