any news on this? it's becoming more prominent as c4d will now create default RS Materials for all the files imported to c4d (fe CAD data)
Now that octane and redshift both use standard material setup 99% of the values could be translated 1:1... small differences for setups of layer nodes+mix modes ...

The C4D Project Asset Inspector is kinda limited when trying to relink textures.
Octane Texturemanager doesn't have anything that's even close to the "relink" function, manually swapping file-paths with "replace" is a workaround but hard to work with if ...
