Steps to produce are open the UE4 project and render. If I open a second "Level" (which is basically a room within the yacht) its fine. I cannot send any files due to NDA. The screen shots sent previously by OP match my setup.

Did this ever get resolved?
Looking at the settings above I'm using the same GPU and setup for rendering and it's failing the same every time.
