could not request a tonemap error + CUDA ERROR 716/700

I can't render anything at all on most projects, i'm constantly getting these errors after a few frames, even though I have 21GB available VRAM and 30GB OOC enabled

GPU: RTX 3090
Octane: 2022.1.1_R5 (also tried R4)
W11

- I've tried using DDU to wipe my GPU drivers and ...

Re: External Compositing Tag (Nulls) not lining up in AE

I'm having this problem because i've set the camera distortion to 1 in the Octane camera tag, so all the edges are getting bulged in and not aligning with the native c4d camera + external comp tags.

Re: Reset all texture compressions at once

Right for multi-selection. So we made a script to reset compression for all textures in all materials. Btw texture manager is not unstable, just making some calculation for accurate information.

Thanks this works

Re: Reset all texture compressions at once

Where exactly?
I select all my materials and don't see any option in the attribute manager.
Some materials are universal and some Glossy so they dont have the same settings (e.g albedo input) and I cant adjust settings all at once. If I select a
group of similar materials I still have to change the ...

Reset all texture compressions at once

Hi,

my scene has over 300 textures and are all set to " RGBA -> bit BC3 faster " in the texture compression.
Is there a way to reset all the compression modes to " Automatic "?

Right now I have to change them 1 by 1 because it doesn't allow batch changing. And I need to do this for 20 other scenes ...

Re: Octane freezes C4D when "tri:0 NodesXXXX" shows in LV

I think the culprit is the texture compression mode,
anything other than "automatic" causes it to randomly do this on many projects

Re: Realflow for C4D motion blur

Nothing happens when I try this, the render never starts and C4D crashes

Octane freezes C4D when "tri:0 NodesXXXX" shows in LV

I have a fairly heavy scene project which my GPU's can normally handle (2X RTX 3090). This scene is similar to other project files I have, with different cameras etc.
However on this scene when I render to the LV, I wait for "Export Materials" to finish, then it shows "tri:0 NodesXXXX Updating ...

Geometry Node Name cryptomatte crashes AE

Hi,

I've been rendering Instance cryptomattes and they work fine in AE, but as we know the colours change randomly.
I tried rendering Geometry Node Name cryptomattes (with default settings) but in AE it crashes the software when RAM previewing and during render. It will preview a few frames before ...
