AFAIK, the latest Octane Render build for LW has support for 50xx nvidia GPU.

2024.1 as it says on plugin API
You can always go to LW, enable plugin and check "About Octane" and there you see what Octane API is used to compile plugin and you use that for network render/slaves..

What kernel did you use ?
From what I have seen, photon tracing is far quicker for caustics rendering.
