hi, ive set my kernel samples too 100 but when I press start on the recorder, the samples are 500? how do I keep the 100 samples please? thanks, andy

I ditched octane in 2017 and got it working perfectly in 2018

hi, when I render out a sequence in recorder, it doesn't render out the materials? it renders out fine in the pbr viewport?

the materials are just standard unity with a jpeg for the albedo

hi, how do I change the settings to render the just the object in the scene please? I have the camera setup close in the game window, but when I render the object is really small, is there a way to just select a region like in 3ds max?

any help would be great?

hi, I decided to give it one more chance, I uninstalled everything, and reinstalled unity 2017.4.23f1, all new octane render scene download, uninstalled nvidia/ cuda drivers, reinstalled the latest ones,

and it now works, its been a long process to get this working,

maybe that will help other ...

frustrated, not anymore, ive just completely uninstalled all otoy products and cancelled my subscription, its been a headached from day one

anyone know how to work octane in 3ds max, ive just tried to follow their documentation, but i gave up very quickly because it makes no sense, i would like a simple dummies guide how to get started ...

hi, got it working, but it rendered out the animation really weird, so i just used the image recorder instead, cheers
