Re: OctaneRender 2018 for DAZ Studio [TEST and STABLE]
I have Octane 4 Standalone, Daz plugin, c4d plugin and blender plugin. If I want to use Octane 2018 version I need to pay the $199 annual or do I need to buy enterprise first for $899 and then the $199 yearly afterwards?

Octane viewer zoom
Not sure why when I have the octane viewport open i am no longer able to zoom in on the render. All it does is scroll up and down which is very annoying.
Is it a setting I changed by accident or a bug?

Anyone have this problem recently?
I have not had this happen until the last week or so. I would say it was the newest driver but I just downloaded it hoping it would fix the problem. This happens with any model I use. But it does nothing to any architecture I put into my scene.

Re: Raised edges for geo-grafted prop
Thats my problem. Even without the body present I have the same issues. It does not matter what it is. All geo grafted props give me the same issue. Wings, Tails, inhuman limbs. All have the same problem of varying degrees.

Re: Raised edges for geo-grafted prop
With the Ray Epsilon set to it's lowest, the problem actually gets a little bit worse. Only in that area though.
I am at a complete loss here.

Re: Raised edges for geo-grafted prop
I have a different problem. All my grafted props appear black where the color layer is applied to the prop. Anyone have any ideas? It appears perfectly in iray and 3delight. Octane is where is freaks out. I would post a screenshot but it would be a lot more nsfw than the 2 original images posted ...

Render suggestions?
I'm not great with 3d work. I am learning along the way. But what settings do I need to change to stop the speckled look in dark areas? I'm sitting at 3000 samples with Path Tracing. the rest of the settings are still foreign to me.
Thank you in advance.

Re: Buying new system
Would this:
Intel Xeon W-2133 Skylake 3.6GHz (3.9GHz TB) 140W 8.25MB L3 (6 Cores / 12 Threads)
be better than:
2x Intel Xeon Silver 4110 Processors 2.1GHz (3.0GHz Turbo Boost) 85W 11MB Cache 16 Cores (32 Threads Total)
