Just to make sure. Did you run the standalone octane first and enter your info there?

Well after testing this out for almost 2 hours. I am stumped. I have removed the amd card and uninstalled its drivers. I have reset poser preferences. I have uninstalled poser and reinstalled. I have uninstalled all streaming software. (ie. iDisplay) I have done the same for all version of octane ...

It happens every time. Nothing has to be in the scene.

Well. I reinstalled the 365.19 drivers and the crashing comes back.

Windows 10
Poser game dev. (10.0.5.28925)

i7-5820
16Gigs ddr4

nvidia 770 4gb
old amd 6670 second monitor

FYI.

version 3 beta: Nvidia drivers 361 and 365 crash Poser 10 as soon as I hit the open viewport button for octane. I installed the cuda toolkit which installed 358 I believe and all is well.


Version 2.25 does not crash with those drivers.

Congratulation on the beta release. I just have a couple of questions. Do you have plans for a demo version? Will hair be supported at some point?
