I just experienced this issue installing the Octane Standalone Demo on a Paperspace virtual machine (Windows 10 Server in Desktop mode with dedicated p4000 GPU).

Pressing the download button started the download, but the dialog then just disappears. The other buttons in the dialog didn't work ...
