Have installed driver 378.92 and it did work out. Booth cards binded.
Now I have fair 111.32 points in OctaneBench. Not much but at least it goes.

Not exactly.
I tested 750 ti on PCIx16 3.0 - the result is 32
On PCIx1 2.0 it is 31.03
