Regarding the Octane Render Binary being invalid...
You must enter the path [can select from the file browser] to a proper c:\...\octane.exe file that exists [slightly different on a MAC ?] - e.g. on a PC it might be
C:\Program Files\Refractive Software\OctaneRender_COM_1022_beta22_RC3_win_32 ...

Problem, try to unzip and copy to plugin folder but not work.

I was activated octanelive pre23.5 winx64 while online internet and it's work. But when i close and open program again but did not online. Why i have to activate program again? So, i have to activate and online internet everytime?
