right. which sounds pretty usefull.
but the picture labeled as the gpu-x is not a gpu-x.

about 2nd place. you have the cubic laser workstation pictured as the prize, but you say the prize is the gpu x (which I assume you mean the gpu-xpander).

the picture confused me for a sec as I thought you were gonna give away an entire workstation. (which on they're site they say it's 3k).

blender is always good for cheap and quick purposes. as haste said, it all depends on what you need it for. blender in talented hands is still a powerful tool in most areas of work. (and it's free :D)

agreed, all of the work that has been submitted is pretty amazing, some of the best I've seen. itll be very tough to judge I'm guessing. i have a couple scenes I'm going to probably enter tomorrow, but I highly doubt they'll compare to some of the work here. although I do have money set aside to ...

I agree, blender is fantastic. i've been able to get some pretty great results.
