I think Ive tried everything in the book while testing Octane Demo for 3ds Max 2024. Im currently using the Octane Properties Modifier on Phoenix Ocean octane.jpg . Is there anything else I should do? Ive tried setting it as Mesh instead of Ocean Mesh and that crashes Max.

It seems like Octane is only using UVW Map 1. I cant get any other maps to work even with the Octane Properties Mod on the object.

If I turn on a Forest Pack object, it refuses to render (VFB disappears and render stops). If I turn it off, it renders immediately. Is this by design?

IM still getting this error after downloading the dlls to the correct folder and re-installing Octane. Why has it always been so hard to install Octane? Since the beginning of time. If I hit the download button in the interface, it completes and then this pops up, I hit OK and then it says ...

The Local DB entry was me accidentally hitting the button apparently. Wouldn't be an issue for me. Plugins Im using are Phoenix FD and Forest Pack. Ive tried hiding the Forest Pack items but I still get the error.
