Hello!
I was wondering if there was a way to mix two shaders with a mask based on lit/shadowed areas?
I've tried the osl switch on shadow mode with no result... what do?

Animated texture baking
Hello!
I'd just like to know if I can render an animation/frame sequence from a baking camera with RNDR?
thank you!

Awesome, thanks Ahmet! I'm switching from Octane 2019... the drag and drop to live viewer you mentioned, does it automatically import and create a VDB loader?

Hi. I just want to remind about particles motion blur problem which persist for many years.
If scene consist a huge amount of particles with enabled motion blure, MB calculation time increasing frame by frame even if amount of particles is constant.
And if restart render MB calculation time ...

Re: Cinema 4D version 2019.1.5(Latest stable) 18.12.2019
after almost a month of testing I can say this is one of the best/stable/complete versions we've had.
so thank you Ahmet!
I just wanna mention I had to disable multithread for materials while rendering sequences, or I'd - sometimes - get crashes after several frames.

got 3 BSODs within ten minutes. VIDEO TDR FAILURE. I will wait for a newer Octane 2018 version then. Thank you though.

Plugin+drivers: what version?
Hey guys!
I'm a happy subscriber, but I'm stuck with a software/hardware problem.
I have a gtx 1070, a gtx 1080 and a RTX 2080 and I can't find any combo between Octane and Nvidia drivers that will work together AND show my three cards.
Any idea ? I just can't work anymore
