Bug:
Slave machine fails when Z-Depth is selected in render passes.
Tried a few different scenes, tried every sample mode and image format. Disabled all other passes one at a time. It was narrowed down to the Z-Depth causing the issue.
Not sure how to get a more elaborate view of what is failing ...

Ahmet perhaps its a good idea to have the specular map at 1 as default?
Not because it's not a metallic material by default. Specular_map will be 1.0 if you create by "create metallic material" command.

That works. Any reason the default for specular map is not set to 1? The only other material that uses it is the Universal material which you renamed to metal ...

Fairly large scenes crash constantly
When rendering larger scenes I get constant crashes. No logs from Octane to show because it crashes Cinema 4D completely but I have attached the logs from C4D Bug Reports

Thanks aoktar. Yeah the subdivision thing I just forgot about for this project but I didn't know about the Geometry Update to help speed things up, went ahead and read up on it on your website

Increased render time when using the takes system
Was rendering a project with 3 different takes which I have used a ton in the past. Watching it render though it was taking up to 50 seconds between each frame preparing before it actually started rendering. I shut the computer down and optimized the scene and tried it again and got the same result ...
