It looks fine to me, however, since you're a 3D artist I suppose, why not adding an extra $100 and going for an AIO instead of air cooling for the CPU ? Despite Octane being GPU based, you'll still put some load on the CPU in other tasks, and trust me, an AIO is night and day compared to air cooling ...
