I'm using version 3.05.3 on windows and I'm getting the same thing. It will only render frames 0 and 1 no matter what I do or change in the settings.

EDIT: Once I converted c4d materials, it renders fine. They weren't applied to any geometry, they simply existed in the materials. I deleted them and ...
