Hi,
I made few more tests yesterday throughout the day (so the file is a a little big), but in the end I managed to render up to 99 frame until it crashed, at 19:37

Re: Crash every 30-40 frames when rendering
oh yeah one thing I also realised - I'm using motion blur, and I remember in the past I had an issue with motion blur & x-particles - could this be the thing?

Crash every 30-40 frames when rendering
Hi guys,
I've encountered a weird crash, it's hard for me to troubleshoot as it's a really simple scene - cloners with displacement & moving camera, I'm using some x-particles (not too heavy) and AI denoiser. The render runs fine for around 30-40 frames and then it crashes. I'm rendering the ...

Mograph & blackbody emission
Hello,
Is there any way of controlling the power for blackbody emission with MoGraph?
I've been experimenting with plugging in the color shader into texture slots etc with no luck... pretty sure there's an easy fix for that which I'm missing..
Thanks
B

Re: Image texture/border wrap issue
Ok, I get it - in that case think I misunderstood how the "border wrap" works.
So I'm guessing the only way to prevent this is uv mapping right?
Thanks

Image texture/border wrap issue
Hi,
I'm just trying to set up a render and I came across one issue with image texture. I've attached a picture below.
Basically - I'd like my texture to appear only in front of the geometry, but no matter what I do it appears on the sides too..
The border mode is set to black (but I've tried ...

Re: TurbulenceFD Help again...
Hi hoice,
I'm not sure how much of help this will be as I'm still learning turbulence FD & Octane too, but this helped in my case. I couldn't see fire being rendered in my scene, after two days of trial and error I curiously unticked "invert absorption", which I see you have on. Maybe this will ...
